1st Dango ( ' ' ) [Video]

[All that is being displayed in the video is the constant rocking and shaking of flora. Well, at least it seemed that way since there was so much green. There was too much shaking to actually make anything out. That lasted for a moment or two until finally it settled down and the upside-down confused face of a girl showed up on the screen.]

Well that button seemed to record my voice, but I wonder what this one does... Video, maybe...? Is it working? U-umm... [When in doubt, dango it out, right?! And so she begins to sing.] Dango, dango, dango, dango, Dango Daikaz--oh! I-is this upside down?

[She turns it around to proper orientation. Yep, it was upside down. Well that's embarrassing. She blushes a bit and gives a lighthearted smile.]

I wonder what this journal is, anyway... It is a journal, right? ...W-where am I...?

[She prayed that someone would pop up and be able to help her out and explain this all to her. That is, if other people were even here. She had just gotten over crying over it not long ago, and thinking about it was starting to upset her again. Think positive, think positive... There has to be other people here though! ...Right?]

[ He stares into the video, looking at her. I don't know if you noticed, but he's really happy and highly upset that you're here. ]

Umm... I don't know. I just woke up and found myself here not long ago. I don't even know what this place is.

[He seemed slightly worried with his response, which made Nagisa wonder if being here really was a bad thing. Nevertheless, she was still relieved to have found someone. Especially since that someone was him.]

... [ Dammit. ]

I know this might sound weird, but bare with me. We're in another world named Luceti. I don't know much about it as I've only just arrived too, but all I can say is the journals are really important and you should take great care of it here.

[ ... ] Don't mess with your wings much either. They hurt, but you're going to have to just deal with it until it goes away. They're important too, so take care of them.

Oh, is that what this pain is...?

[She looked back at her wings. The confusion about the whole situation distracted her a bit before and she really hadn't thought about it. Thinking about it now though, yeah they definitely hurt. A lot. She even flinched a bit.]

S-so... you don't know how we got here either? And um, where are you? Or even where am I? It seems like a lot of other people are here too, but I don't see anyone around this area...

[She looked around her surroundings once more. ...Yep, nobody else. Except for that little fox pup drinking by the river. But aside from that, nobody appeared to be there.]

I don't. [ But he'll find some way to get you out. ]

Where I am isn't important, where are you at? I'll come get you. [ Highly worried. Doesn't want you here please get out ]

[She feels slightly bad for having to have him find her, but there really was no helping it, anyway. She only just got here moments ago and has no clue where she is. He probably knew more than she did to some degree, at least.]

Umm... I-I don't know where I am. I'm in a forest and there's a river nearby. Does that help at all...?

[ Not really. ] Can you get out of the forest?

[Didn't think so.]

Well there's a map here, so I could try to use that and try to! Should I meet you somewhere...?

Focus on getting out first, then we'll decide a rendezvous point.

[ He'll add this on. ]

[With that, she got up and started walking. The river flowed upstream through the town apparently, so she followed that.]

[She turned the journal around, making it face the same way that she was. The video feed shook a bit. That was hardly because of her walking though. Venturing through some place that you've never been before is kind of scary; Especially a forest. So don't mind her hands somewhat shaking.]

O-oh! I'm sorry!

[Embarrassed forever. She holds the journal still.]

U-umm.. is this better now?

[And with that, she starts venturing out of the forest. Hurrah.]

[ He decides not to say anything and watch intently. ]

[She just screamed pretty loudly. Hope your ear drums are okay, Tomoya. She also fell to the ground, half in an attempt to catch the journal which she dropped from the surprise, and half to hide from the horrible monster that is coming to devour her and destroy the dangos of the world.]

[...And then while cowering in fetal position, she happens to glance at the journal and realize that it was just Tomoya. So mean!]

O-Okazaki...! D-did you just--? I-I...

[ Although that scream hurts badly, he puts on his best poker face. ]

Nah, that wasn't me. I think something's coming...!
