[There's some shuffling heard before Nagisa speaks up as she tries to set up the journal. Yeaaah she hasn't really been using this thing much lately, seeing as how she is still sick. But today she's actually feeling a little better! And well enough to go ahead and make a post that she's been wanting to make for some time now, regarding a wonderful get well card that Fuuko made for her and had other people sign. So she'll go ahead and do that!]

Hello! Umm... [Wow I just noticed all of her entries start like this...] I wasn't feeling well enough to do so earlier, but I'm feeling a little better today so... I wanted to thank those who signed Fuu-chan's get well card for me... Both those whom I do know, and those whom I don't but would like to! It made me really, really happy! I read them all a-and... yes, thank you all very much!

[There's a small pause for her to think for a moment before she continues.] There are sure a lot of lights outside, aren't there? I can see them from my window but... I really wish I could go outside and see them up close... B-but um, anyway.. Christmas is coming up, isn't it? And my birthday is actually the day right before it -- Christmas Eve -- so I wanted to also invite my friends to join Fuu-chan and Kotomi-chan for that! It'd make me very happy to see you all and um... I-I guess that's it! S-so thank you for listening! [she feels like such an awkward turtle right now.]

...O-oh, also... Those who are going on the draft... ...Please be careful, okay..?

[She nods.] Mmm... It would make me happy to see my other friends from home, so I guess so... But if they wouldn't like it here, I'd feel better if they could stay home and be happy there. [Like Tomoya.]

E-eh? Well... I care about my friends a lot, so I wouldn't want for them to be some place they're not comfortable in. This isn't their home, after all... [And though she may be somewhat okay with being here now, she wasn't too happy to be away from home when she first arrived.]

I don't mean just that, Nagisa. I mean with everything. You're like this...selfish...self-sacrificing thing. ["You're like a Gryffindor!"] Doesn't it ever bother you that you can't think about yourself before others?

[Pretty sure she'd be a Hufflepuff--] Not really... It makes me happy to see them happy, so.. [Should it not..?]

Speaking of not understanding, I brought you something.

[Nagisa tilts her head a bit at that, but doesn't question it. ..And what does not understanding something have to do with bringing something--]

[What's he.. oh, his wand? She hasn't seen that in a while. What she does see now though are all of the lights hanging themselves up around the room.]

E-eh? How...-- [Oh right. Magic. Nagisa's kind of at a loss for words though as she stares at and watches all of the lights. Draco y u so sweet.]

[In a short amount of time, the entire room will have strings of white Christmas lights hanging on the walls and draping from the ceiling. Not enough to blind her, but enough to give off a soft glow. He'll even finish with a flare and give the room the effect of a light snowfall. Of course, the snow isn't cold and it never actually quite lands on her. More than likely he'll be getting rid of that effect as soon as he leaves anyway. What's important is the lights.]

How do I do anything? [It's a rhetorical question, of course, but he actually looks fairly pleased.]

A-ah... It looks so pretty...

[Even after seeing Draco use magic before, it's still rather surprising to see it used even now. And once the snow starts falling, she's not even sure whether to stare at that in amazement or continue to watch the lights hang themselves. Nagisa actually tries to hold out her hand to touch the snow but... yeah.]

[He's just going to lean against the wall and monitor her for a bit, silent for about three minutes before he starts talking.]

I wasn't entirely confident in your ability to heal before the lights outside disappeared. Reckoned it'd be more efficient to bring them to you instead. [But you cannot tell anyone, Nagisa. That would make him look like a thoughtful and very nice person.]

[Don't worry, she'll tell everyone. ...Well, at least Fuuko and Kotomi, maybe...]

Thank you, Draco... It made me really happy..! [So happy in fact, that she may be tearing up a bit.. SORRY DRACO; SHE'S EASILY MOVED..] I think these lights are even better than the ones outside, too! [Since they were put up by Draco and not the Malnosso and all..]

[Sob. But he's just glad she's happy...even if she is starting to tear up. So sensitive, Nagisa.]

Of course they are. I made them. They'll be up for as long as you'd like. I can remove them whenever you choose.

Mm! That's why I think they're better. Since you did, it makes them more special. [/cheesy] And um... You can take them down when you leave, if you want. I'd feel bad if you had to come back here another time to do it.
